代々木公園の秋 (Yoyogi Park in Autumn)

I took these pics on my run in Yoyogi Park this morning. The colours in Tokyo are just stunning in autumn and it's so lovely running with the fresh autumn air. I always feel so lucky to live in this incredible city.

There were so many leaves I could hardly make out the jogging path!

Happy Weekend Sandwiches. I'm going to my very first nabe party at my friends house. What are you doing this weekend?

Hello Miss Sophia! Good on YOU for doing the 100 pushup thing! My old trainer in Sydney once tried to get me to do that. I think I did it for a night or two! naughty sandwich!

  9. November is my favorite month in Japan. Everything, the color, the food, the weather, etc., is just so perfect.

By the way will you get to go home for Christmas and/or New Year's? If not, I hope you have somewhere to go to and someone to hang out with. Being in a foreign country during holiday seasons can suck sometimes.

  22. This is so pretty! all the fallen leaves make for a good jumping shot! hehe. But I doubt it will be a good jogging path at this kind of the year. I would love to try an Autumn Picnic Party there despite the cold.
